This view apartment with a total area of 150m2 is located on the 13th floor, in a modern residential complex in a busy area of Kiev. The highlight of the property is a huge 90m2 terrace, the only one in the whole house. Panoramic windows offer a magnificent view of the city. Future owners are people who live in the crazy rhythm of the city, feed on its energy, and at the same time have their own quiet island of peace and comfort.
